We need a passionate Full Time Co-General Manager to join our team. If you love ice cream and all things sweet, have experience working in a management position - this job is for you!

Key responsibilities:

• Work alongside the existing Co-manager

• Order supplies - Communicate well with Cambie Production Manager and Cambie store Manager for ice cream and packaging stock

• Communicate with other stores

• Keep flow of customers going

• Scoop ice cream

• Ring up customers

• Ensure good customer experiences

• Ensure food safety protocols

• Ensure safety of workers

• Key Holder

• Complete tasks of the day/week in a timely manner

• Supervise staff and answer any questions they have

Requirements:

• 3 years + customer service / front of house experience

• Good communication

• FoodSafe (required or must obtain by start of employment)

• Able to hold a good rapport with staff

• Able to problem-solve and make quick decisions if needed

• Flexibility with being shifted opens or closes

• Able to work 5 days a week, during the week and on weekends

Salary/Wage:

• Starting at $20.00-$25.00 per hour
