All of our dairy products are supplied by Birchwood Dairy Farm, a family farm located in Abbotsford, BC. The farm is situated on 220 acres of land with approximately 120 cows. They process their dairy on site into all sorts of delicious products. You can visit the farm, like we do, and see the cows and the space that they live in. They are treated extremely well and are fed hay and silage that is grown on the farm.
Together with Birchwood we designed our ice cream formula. It is custom to Rain or Shine, without any soy, corn syrup, modified milk ingredients or artificial extracts and flavours! It is a Philadelphia style ice cream, which means 100% dairy with no eggs. We prefer this taste as it lets the flavours really shine! For each flavour see the specific description below!
MALTED MILK CHOCOLATE
Homemade honeycomb (free of corn syrup) is coated In 70% dark chocolate and mixed into a Belgian milk chocolate base. Malted Barley is also added to enhance the richness of this ice cream.
Contains a small amount of gluten.

SALTED CARAMEL
A salty blend of cream and caramelized sugar makes this rich ice cream. A twist on a classic caramel flavour

BLUEBERRY BALSAMIC
Tart swirls of blueberry balsamic reduction contrast a light and fruity blueberry ice cream to create a unique pairing. The organic blueberries are from Hazelmere Organics Farms in Surrey and the balsamic vinegar is from the Vancouver Olive Oil Company

VEGAN CHOCOLATE PEANUT CRUNCH
A chocolate coconut base with house-made candied peanuts throughout.

HONEY LAVENDER
Okanagan Gold 100% Raw Honey from Planet Bee in Vernon. Paired with lavender from Tuscan Farms in Maple Ridge.

LONDON FOG
A perfect balance of earl grey and bergamot from Denman Island Tea Company in Courtenay. Paired so naturally with Tahitian vanilla beans for a pleasant herbal and floral scoop.

PEANUT BUTTER
Unsalted, crunchy, and organic peanut butter from New World Organics in Burnaby. This rich peanut creation is perfected in it's simplicity. The flavour speaks for itself.

A combination of Tahitian vanilla beans, vanilla bean paste from Madagascar, and extracts from Papua New Guinea for maximum flavour development.
